LEI MUNICIPAL Nº. 222/2015

DENOMINA DE BAIRRO NOSSA SENHORA DA CONCEIÇÃO E DELIMITA A ÁREA URBANA QUE ESPECIFICA E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS.

A PREFEITA MUNICIPAL, faz saber que a Câmara Municipal decreta e este sancionou a seguinte Lei:

Art. 1º – Fica denominado de Bairro NOSSA SENHORA DA CONCEIÇÃO a área territorial urbana com início no encontro da Rua Antônia Dulcineide com o limite da Rodovia BR 304, seguindo até a Rua Luiz Urbano, no sentido destinado ao
Município de Riachuelo até, o limite do Município de Santa Maria.
Art. 2º – O Poder Executivo deverá, por meio do setor competente, comunicar a denominação do bairro descrito no a artigo 1º e os respectivos limites aos órgãos interessados, bem como deverá promover a devida identificação do bairro, das
suas respectivas ruas e travessas.
Art. 3º – Esta lei entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogando disposições em contrário.
