DECRETO MUNICIPAL nº 042/2015

DECRETA FERIADO MUNICIPAL DIA DA EMANCIPAÇÃO POLÍTICA, E DÁ OUTRAS PROVIDÊNCIAS.

A PREFEITA MUNICIPAL DE SANTA MARIA/RN, no uso de suas atribuições legais e de acordo com a lei Orgânica Municipal;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Fica DECRETADO FERIADO MUNICIPAL DIA 21 DE DEZEMBRO, SEGUNDA-FEIRA, nos Órgãos e Entidades da Administração Direta em virtude das comemorações alusivas ao dia da EMANCIPAÇÃO POLÍTICA DO MUNICÍPIO.

Art 2° – Este DECRETO entrará em vigor a partir da data de sua publicação, revogando as disposições em contrário.

Publique-se e cumpra-se.
