INEXIGIBILIDADE Nº 001/2016

Tendo em vista o reconhecimento da INEXIGIBILIDADE Nº 001/2016 com fundamento no caput do Artigo 25, da Lei 8.666/93, pela CPL da Prefeitura Municipal de SANTA MARIA/RN, bem como no Parecer Jurídico favorável, venho Ratificar a INEXIGIBILIDADE Nº 001/2016, para a contratação da Companhia de água e esgoto do Rio Grande do Norte – CAERN, CNPJ 08.334.385/0001-35, cujo objeto é o fornecimento de água, no valor estimado de R$ 30.000,00 (trinta mil reais). Determino a publicação, na forma legal, desse Termo de Ratificação, no prazo de 5 (cinco) dias, na forma do caput do Art. 26 da Lei nº 8.666/93.
