DECRETO Nº 049/2016 – Ponto Facultativo em FESTIVIDADES RELIGIOSAS DE CORPUS CHRISTI em nosso município

DE 24 DE MAIO DE 2016.

Dispõe sobre PONTO FACULTATIVO nas repartições públicas municipais e dá outras providências.

A PREFEITA MUNICIPAL DE SANTA MARIA, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal e, Considerando o feriado nacional de 26/05 (quinta feira) para comemoração das FESTIVIDADES RELIGIOSAS DE CORPUS CHRISTI em nosso município.

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º- Decreta PONTO FACULTATIVO para o dia 27 de Maio de 2016 (sexta feira) na Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria e demais órgãos da Administração Pública, excetuados os serviços que por sua natureza não possam ser paralisados ou interrompidos.

Art. 2º – Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogando-se as disposições em contrário.
