DECRETO 009/2020 – PONTO FACULTATIVO

DECRETO 009/2020 Santa Maria-RN, 22 de Junho de 2020.

 

“Decreta ponto facultativo nos Órgãos e Entidades Municipais da Administração Direta e Indireta e dá outras providências”.

 

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE SANTA MARIA/RN, no uso de suas atribuições legais e de acordo com a lei Orgânica Municipal;

 

DECRETA:

 

Art. 1º – Fica decretado ponto facultativo nos Órgãos e Entidades da Administração Direta e Indireta, os dias 24 de junho de 2020, quarta-feira, (DIA DE SÃO JOÃO) e 29 de junho de 2020, segunda-feira, (DIA DE SÃO PEDRO), excetuando-se as atividades ou serviços considerados essenciais.

 

Art. 2° – Este decreto entrará em vigor a partir da data de sua publicação, revogando as disposições em contrário.

 

Dê-se ciência, publiquem-se nos locais de costume, e cumpra-se.
