TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO DE DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº 005/2021
O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 24 inciso XXII da Lei nº 8.666/93, bem como o que consta do processo administrativo que trata da contratação da Empresa : COMPANHIA ENERGETICA DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE COSERN inscrita no CNPJ sob nº 08.324.196/0001-81 referente a CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA PARA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇO DE FORNECIMENTO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA NO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA MARIA/RN, SOB RESPONSABILIDADE DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO, no valor estimado de R$ 500.000,00 (Quinhentos mil reais), vem RATIFICAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃO para a contratação da referida empresa, determinando que se proceda a publicação do devido extrato.
