TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO INEXIGIBILIDADE Nº 003/2021

INEXIGIBILIDADE Nº 003/2021.

Respaldado no inciso II, do artigo 25, e inciso III, do artigo 13, ambos da Lei nº 8.666/93, RATIFICO a contratação direta, através de inexigibilidade, visando à contratação dos serviços de assessoria jurídica específica à gestão pública municipal com o intuito de aperfeiçoar o funcionamento da administração e contribuir com a eficiência na gestão, inclusive com consultoria técnica e jurídica na área administrativa, elaboração de pareceres de natureza complexa e capacitação de servidores públicos municipais, com a empresa Bezerra, Mendonça, Barbosa & Rosso Sociedade de Advogados, CNPJ n° 31.002.969/0001-25, no valor de R$ 10.000,00 (dez mil reais) com vigência de 12 (doze) meses.

Em cumprimento ao disposto no artigo 26 da Lei nº 8.666/93 DETERMINO a publicação da presente ratificação no Diário Oficial, para que produza os efeitos legais.
