TERMO DE RATIFICAÇÃO DE DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº 045/2021

 

O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 24 inciso II da Lei Federal nº 8.666/93, bem como o que consta no processo administrativo que trata da contratação da empresa: JCM MÍDIA E PUBLICIDADE LTDA – ME, inscrita no CNPJ sob n° 26.800.511/0001-81, referente à CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA REALIZAÇÃO E VEICULAÇÃO, NO INTUITO DE DIVULGAR AS AÇÕES INSTITUCIONAIS DE GOVERNO, EM DIÁRIOS OFICIAIS E JORNAL DE GRANDE CIRCULAÇÃO, PARA ATENDER AS NECESSIDADES EXISTENTES PELA ADMINISTRAÇÃO, com valor global de R$ 13.600,00 (Treze mil e seiscentos reais), vem RATIFICAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃOpara a referida contratação, determinando que se proceda à publicação do devido extrato.
