O PREFEITO DE SANTA MARIA/RN, no uso de suas atribuições legais, por intermédio da sua PREGOEIRA OFICIAL e Equipe de Apoio, nomeados pela Portaria Nº 072/2021/GP, tornam público a quem possa interessar que realizará licitação na modalidade PREGÃO na forma ELETRÔNICA tendo como tipo o MENOR PREÇO POR ITEM objetivando o REGISTRO DE PREÇO PARA FUTURA E EVENTUAL AQUISIÇÃO DE FORMA PARCELADA DE KIT MERENDA ESCOLAR DESTINADAS AOS ALUNOS MATRICULADOS NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO DO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA MARIA/RN, DE ACORDO COM A LEI N° 13.987/2020. A sessão pública eletrônica será aberta às 09h00min (horário de Brasília) do dia 05 de julho de 2021. O Edital e seus anexos encontram-se disponíveis nos sites www.portaldecompraspublicas.com.br, www.licitafacil.tce.rn.gov.br, licitacoes@santamaria.rn.gov.br ou na sede da prefeitura de Santa Maria com endereço na Av. Presidente Juscelino, n.º 461 – Centro – CEP 59.464-000, no horário das 08h:00min às 14h:00min. Para participação da licitação ou simples acompanhamento da mesma, o interessado deverá acessar, na internet, a página: www.portaldecompraspublicas.com.br. As propostas comerciais serão recebidas a partir das 09h00m do dia 23/06/2021 até as 08h59m do dia 05/07/2021, por meio do sistema eletrônico.
