PREGÃO ELETRÔNICO Nº 005/2021.

 

OBJETO: Impugnações ao Edital do Pregão Eletrônico n.º 005/2021 referente a Obtenção de Registro de Preços para futura e eventual aquisição de forma parcelada de material de expediente, visando a manutenção das diversas secretarias da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN.

 

Acato o Parecer da Assessoria Jurídica acerca da Impugnação ao Edital do Pregão Eletrônico n.º 005/2021, para Obtenção de Registro de Preços para futura e eventual aquisição de forma parcelada de material de expediente, visando a manutenção das diversas secretarias da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN. Sendo assim, entendo pelo provimento da impugnação da MULTI QUADROS E VIDROS LTDA, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n.º 03.961.467/0001-96.

 

Por último, entendo pelo provimento da impugnação supracitada, considerando o entendimento proferido pela Assessoria Jurídica do município com relação aos julgados dos órgãos de controle e dos tribunais brasileiros.

 

Com isto após os devidos ajustes no edital, fica aprazada a nova data da sessão para o dia 20/08/2021 às 09h00min.
