O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 75, inciso II da Lei nº 14.133/21, bem como o que consta no processo administrativo que trata da contratação da empresa: IMOBES INDÚSTRIA COMERCIO DE MADEIRA LTDA, inscrito (a) no CNPJ: sob nº 00.496.632/0001-98, objetivando a AQUISIÇÃO DE PARQUES INFANTIS TIPO (PLAYGROUND) A SEREM DEVIDAMENTE ENTREGUES E INSTALADOS NO MUNICIPIO DE SANTA MARIA/RN, com valor total de R$ 21.000,00 (vinte um mil reais), vem AUTORIZAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃOpara a referida contratação, determinando que se proceda à publicação do devido extrato.
