O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 75, inciso II da Lei nº 14.133/21, bem como o que consta no processo administrativo que trata da contratação da empresa: FLAVIA CUNHA DE MORAIS, inscrito (a) no CNPJ sob nº: 35.618.428/0001-87, objetivando a AQUISIÇÃO DE CANECAS DE PORCELANA PARA AS FESTIVIDADES DE FINAL DE ANO, ATENDENDO A DEMANDA DA ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL DA PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE SANTA MARIA/RN, com valor total de R$ 6.960,00 (seis mil novecentos e sessenta reais), vem AUTORIZAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃO para a referida contratação, determinando que se proceda à publicação do devido extrato.
