O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 75, inciso II da Lei nº 14.133/21, bem como o que consta no processo administrativo que trata da contratação da empresa: JUINY MATEUS FELIPE 09323985457, inscrito (a) no CPF/CNPJ sob nº: 24.485.145/0001-98, objetivando á CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA EM RECARGA DE TONERS E PERFIS PARA AS IMPRESSORAS DE TODAS AS SECRETARIAS DO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA MARIA/RN, com valor total de R$ 13.975,00 (treze mil novecentos e setenta e cinco reais), vem AUTORIZAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃO para a referida contratação, determinando que se proceda à publicação do devido extrato.
