O ordenador de Despesas da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas pela Lei Orgânica Municipal, e de acordo com o que determina o art. 75, inciso II da Lei nº 14.133/21, bem como o que consta no processo administrativo que trata da contratação do (a): SIG SOFTWARE & CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, inscrito (a) no CPF/CNPJ sob nº: 13.406.686/0001-67, objetivando a CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS CONTINUADOS DE INSTALAÇÃO, TREINAMENTO, SUSTENTAÇÃO, MANUTENÇÃO, SUPORTE TÉCNICO E HOSPEDAGEM DO SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE GESTÃO DE EDUCAÇÃO – SIGEDUC, com valor total de R$ 17.520,00 (dezessete mil quinhentos e vinte reais), vem AUTORIZAR E RECONHECER A DISPENSA DA LICITAÇÃOpara a referida contratação, determinando que se proceda à publicação do devido extrato.
