PORTARIA 055.2022- LICENÇA PREMIO

PORTARIA 055/2022 Santa Maria-RN, 24 de Outubro de 2022.

O Prefeito Constitucional do Município de Santa Maria-RN, no uso de suas atribuições legais,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º – CONCEDER, 90 (noventa) dias de licença prêmio a contar de 29/08/2022 a 26/11/2022 a Servidora MARIA DE FÁTIMA DIAS, matrícula nº 158-1, ocupante do cargo de AUXILIAR DE SERVIÇOS GERAIS, lotada naSecretaria Municipal de Educação, de acordo com a Lei Complementar Nº 22, de 8 de dezembro de 2009 – Regime Jurídico Único dos Servidores Públicos Civis do Município em seu Art. 88; inciso VI, § 8º.

Art. 2º – A presente portaria entrará em vigor nesta data, produzindo efeitos a partir do dia 29 de Agosto de 2022, revogadas todas as demais disposições em contrário.

Dê-se ciência, publiquem-se nos locais de costume, e cumpra-se.
