AVISO DE RECEBIMENTO DE IMPUGNAÇÃO – PREGÃO ELETRÔNICO Nº 012/2022

OBJETO: Impugnações ao Edital do Pregão Eletrônico n.º 012/2022 referente a AQUISIÇÃO DE EQUIPAMENTOS E MATERIAL PERMANENTE PARA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE, CONFORME Nº. DA PROPOSTA: 11500.433000/1220-01 DO MINISTÉRIO DA SAÚDE.

 

A Pregoeira do Município de Santa Maria/RN torna público a quem interessar que a empresa CMOS DRAKE DO NORDESTE S/A, inscrita no CNPJ nº 03.620.716/0001-80, IMPETROU IMPUGNAÇÃO ao Edital do PREGÃO ELETRÔNICO Nº 012/2022, cujo o objeto é o AQUISIÇÃO DE EQUIPAMENTOS E MATERIAL PERMANENTE PARA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE, CONFORME Nº. DA PROPOSTA: 11500.433000/1220-01 DO MINISTÉRIO DA SAÚDE. Ao qual foi recepcionado no dia 10 de maio de 2023, portanto em prazo TEMPESTIVO.

 

Considerando o teor da impugnação realizada e a necessidade de que sejam feitas análises pelos setores competentes da municipalidade,DECLARA, que o pedido de Impugnação será analisado e o resultado será publicado no Diário Oficial dos Municípios (FEMURN).

 

Nada mais havendo a informar, publique-se para conhecimento dos interessados.
