RESOLUÇÃO 33- DISPÕE SOBRE A APRESENTAÇÃO DOS RDQA´S DE 2024

RESOLUÇÃO N°33 DE 26 DE FEVEREIRO DE 2025.

 

Dispõe sobre a Apresentação dos RDQA´S de 2024.

 

O Plenário do Conselho Municipal de Saúde de Santa Maria/RN em Audiência Pública no dia 26 de Fevereiro de 2025, registrada em ATA e aprovada por unanimidade dos membros presentes na reunião no uso de suas atribuições legais e competências regimentais respaldado pela Lei n° 8.080 de 19 de Setembro/1990 e Lei n° 8.142 de 28 de Dezembro/1990 Lei Municipal n° 007 de 97.

 

RESOLVE:

 

Artigo 1° – Aprovar por unanimidade a Apresentação dos RDQA´S de 2024.

 

Artigo 2° – Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.

 

Artigo 3° – Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
