AVISO DE REABERTURA DE SESSÃO PÚBLICA – CONCORRÊNCIA ELETRÔNICANº 003/2024

Objeto: Contratação de empresa de engenharia especializada para a construção de uma garagem municipal , conforme condições condicionais no edital.

A Agente de Contratação da Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Maria/RN, torna pública que, em virtude da desistência formal da empresa habilitada e contratada em primeiro lugar , será realizada a reabertura da sessão pública no dia 27 de março de 2025, às 14h00 , por meio da plataforma do Portal de Compras Públicas.

O objetivo da sessão é dar continuidade ao certo com a análise da documentação de habilitação dos licitantes remanescentes , obedecendo à ordem de classificação, conforme previsto na legislação vigente.

Ressalta-se que a convocação e a nova data da sessão foram devidamente informadas no Portal de Compras Públicas , garantindo a publicidade e transparência do processo licitatório.
