MODALIDADE – TOMADA DE PREÇOS Nº 001/2022.

OBJETO: CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA CONCLUSÃO DA OBRA DE CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM CENTRO DE CONVENÇÕES LOCALIZADO NO CENTRO DO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA MARIA/RN.

 

O Presidente da Comissão Permanente de Licitações da Prefeitura de Santa Maria/RN, torna público para conhecimento dos licitantes participantes do Processo Licitatório em epígrafe, que a empresa ALVES E AQUINO SERVIÇOS ESPECIALIZADOS LTDA inscrita no CNPJ sob nº 16.882.115/0001-97, interpôs Recurso Administrativo em face do resultado do julgamento e classificação dos documentos contidos no ENVELOPE Nº 02 – PROPOSTA DE PREÇOS da supramencionada TOMADA DE PREÇOS. O prazo recursal teve início na data de 13 de julho de 2022 e se encerrará no dia 19 de julho de 2022. Ficam todos os participantes intimados a apresentarem contrarrazões no prazo legal de 20 de julho de 2022 a 26 de julho 2022, caso achem necessário. Informações poderão ser obtidas na sede da Prefeitura, localizada na Av. Presidente Juscelino nº 461, 1º Andar, Centro, nos dias úteis, de segunda a sexta-feira das 08h00min às 14h00min ou através do e-mail: licitacoes@santamaria.rn.gov.br.

OBJETO: Recurso à inabilitação no processo de contratação deflagrado em sua etapa externa pelo Edital do Pregão Eletrônico n.º 005/2022 referente a Aquisição de 01 (um) veículo tipo passeio, para atender as necessidades das Unidades Básicas do Município de Santa Maria/RN, conforme n.º da proposta: 11500.433000/1210-02 do Ministério da Saúde, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos.

 

Acato o Parecer da Assessoria Jurídica acerca do Recurso à inabilitação no processo de contratação deflagrado em sua etapa externa pelo Edital do Pregão Eletrônico n.º 005/2022, para Aquisição de 01 (um) veículo tipo passeio, para atender as necessidades das Unidades Básicas do Município de Santa Maria/RN, conforme n.º da proposta: 11500.433000/1210-02 do Ministério da Saúde, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos. Sendo assim, entendo pelo desprovimento do recurso à inabilitação apresentado pela empresa D J DA SILVA – ME, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n.º 44.567.389/0001-27.

 

Por último, entendo pelo desprovimento do recurso supracitado, considerando o entendimento proferido pela Assessoria Jurídica do município. Assim como, entendo pelo prosseguimento do processo administrativo.
